The location is quite convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

I was disappointed with the noise from the Irish bar across the street. The breakfast options felt quite minimal, almost like an afterthought rather than a typical hearty offering. The neighborhood didn't seem the safest.

I stayed here during the vacation and liked it. Sincerely, it was a GREAT stay for two nights. The room was unique and big size included central heating, a refrigerator and a dining area. Central location of this perfect central hotel was a bonus. There was a great restaurant, stores and several stores next door.

Well, the area was such bad overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the warm hospitality of the hosts made me feel almost at home and breakfast was light yet filling, perfect for fueling my daily strolls through the nearby parks like Washington Park and Cheesman Park, both just a short walk away.

Charming hosts and good breakfast

We awoke to the aroma of Judith's homemade granola and fresh eggs. The warmth of the hosts, especially with their adorable dogs around.

Parking is a bit tricky. It's a shared driveway, so be prepared to shuffle cars if needed. Just something to keep in mind if you're driving.

Consider bringing a power strip as outlets are limited in the rooms, making it challenging to charge devices.

What a wonderful stay! Breakfast was a highlight with homemade treats, and Judith's stories made it memorable. I wish there was a mini fridge, but I'd absolutely return.

The room had a cozy vibe, and I really enjoyed chatting with the other guests. Judith's eggs were a highlight!

The Double Room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The King size bed felt super comfy, and having a private bathroom was a bonus. AC and fan worked great, and it was nice to have clean soaps provided. Plus, meeting the friendly dogs was a fun touch! Only downside was the house's age. Some areas felt a bit dated, but it had character.

The room was cozy, but the trash trucks kept waking me up early.

Upon arrival, a strong, unpleasant odor greeted us, combined with a cluttered interior that felt unkempt. The carpets could really use a replacement. That was a bit off-putting. Noise from trash vehicles during the early morning hours from a nearby business also disrupted sleep. The driveway was muddy, complicating parking and getting in and out with a rental car.

Judith and her husband were so kind and cute. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop and great restaurants on broadway. Breakfast was delicious, a definite highlight of my stay!

We loved our spacious rooms that easily accommodated our three suitcases.

The hotel has a cool vibe and the staff are friendly. the location is great, very close to the Mayan theater, which is a beautifully restored art deco movie house that we really enjoy. the room was tidy and relaxing, and it even had a balcony.
